Walgreens launched an ambitious, company-wide, change-management initiative to infuse innovative, lean methodologies into Walgreens’ operations. They needed content and media to introduce new employees to the process, and also to serve as a general media toolkit to communicate the experience. So we created a series of videos that served to kick-start change across hundreds of Walgreen’s internal lean events, initiating and engaging employees before their training experience, and celebrating the resulting success. These videos are for 100% internal use only.
