At Bottle Rocket Media, we’ve had the privilege of working with Byline Bank on a series of customer stories that genuinely embody their commitment to being a local community bank. In this video, we were lucky enough to interview the individuals behind Chicago’s iconic Aragon Ballroom. This historic music venue has been a cornerstone of Chicago’s cultural scene for decades.
THE ASK: The ask for this project was simple – to capture the essence of the Aragon Ballroom and create a compelling narrative that paid tribute to the venue’s legacy by highlighting Byline Bank’s support in facilitating its growth.
THE CHALLENGE: This project came with a set of unique challenges. The Aragon Ballroom is not just a venue; it’s a living museum of music history. We needed to ensure that the interviews with the venue’s staff and key figures effectively conveyed the incredible history of the place. At the same time, we had to showcase the architectural improvements made possible by Byline Bank’s financial support.
THE SOLUTION: Beautiful imagery and historically passionate storytelling all surrounded the Aragon Ballroom. The venue was in every shot of the video.
We conducted in-depth interviews with the individuals who have been part of the Aragon Ballroom’s journey; some for decades. These interviews not only highlighted the venue’s incredible history but also conveyed the passion and dedication of the people who have kept its legacy alive. Their stories became the heart of our narrative.
We showcased the tangible impact of Byline Bank’s support by capturing footage of the architectural improvements in the Aragon Ballroom. This included before-and-after shots that vividly demonstrated how the influx of capital had allowed for essential upgrades and renovations. This visual storytelling emphasized Byline Bank’s role in enhancing the venue’s facilities.
